| Comment: We are looking for a highly rated roofer to replace our roof. Our insurance company has looked at our roof and found it eligible for a full replacement. We have a number from our insurance company and the company that has the best qualifications and meets our budget (budget will not be released prior to bid) will get our business. The more reference you have the better (and we got some recommendation too about some local businesses). This is a complete reroof of a 2,600 SF home. Exepectations: reliable, efficient, competetive, re-nail substrate on roof to current code requirements, new underlayment (30# or higher), architectural grade shingles (30 yr or better) plus all flashing, drips, etc. required for a complete roofing job with all warranties on labor, install and materials typical with a new roof installation. |
