I spotted a leak in the cellar which may be traveling down the chimney wall but I can't be sure. It could be a simple fix with roofing tar around the chimney (when it stops raining!) but I would like the insulation replaced under the metal roof. |

We need this portion of the roof done in metal. The front of the house poses no problem because it is much steeper. This portion was just replaced because of age; we want the new metal roof on the back of the house to tie in to the shingled front portion at the ridge. |
