| Comment: my landlord doesn't know a thing about roofing and lives out of town, he is also very passive. he's spent alot of $ on expensive shingles (historical Astor park), but he's hired a complete wack job to roof. he is ruining the roof. he leaves it unprotected for days,..I've had water running out of my light fixtures during the recent rains. I told him that me and my ex use to roof and I know that this job is HORIBLE. He needs to hear it from someone else,...I'd like someone to come by and give there opinion on the job (there was two layers,...he is only removing the top layer,..it's buckling already.) my landlord has money, he just needs to hear that he needs to get this guy t stop and have it done right!!! |
