| Comment: I was told, that the house was built in 2005 by Albritton Company. Purchased in SEPT '11. Shingles blew off 1 month ago. Contacted previous owner 2 weeks ago to find out who built house. It is a section of two (2) field goal like sections, just over garage. Henry Seymor, next door neighbor @ 103 Southridge Way, said to contact Mr. ALBRITTON since he was dependable, so here we are. Upon purchase, I was told it was a 100-year roof and warranty should still be in tact. If I had a ladder I could repair the 12-18 segment section. Please contact Jamie or Emine Houston xxxxxxxx. I want to see if warranty is intact and repair prior to 1 MARCH, if possible. Thanks so much. . |
