Comment: I own a building near Goodyear tire Discount in Dickinson, ND. The building is to the east of there address 161 21 St. W. I would like to see pricing a new roof for the L shape part of the building. Not the shop area to the east atttached. This roof is steel structure. With out the plans infront of me, I believe it is about 6000 sq ft. The roof is a 1/12 with access all the way around. There is two valleys and the 6000 sqft is joined to the shop area which is approximaltey 4' foot higher.
