| Comment: We are thinking of installing a metal roof, we also want to install some dormers. We wouldn't want the dormers finished, but framed out and roofed with windows installed. We would do the finish shingling on the exterior, the insulation and sheet rocking on the interior. <br />We are trying to keep cost down. <br />Our roof is approximately 18 ft from eve to peak and 30 ft. long. <br />About 1,080 square feet, I think. <br />We are thinking about doing this project in the spring time. |

We think the insulation has been installed improperly with no space for ventilation.
