| Comment: The paint on our bathtub has completely peeled off in the bottom of the tub, and there are some other patches of peeling paint on sides and top. I think this bathtub is the original tub to our house which was built in 1930. I am not sure what the bathtub is made out of... I have always thought it was porcelain/ceramic but when I tested a magnet on it to determine if it was actually metal, the magnet stuck. So maybe it is cast iron. |
