| Comment: I live in a condo on the 3rd floor of a 1920s brownstone with a horribly slow drum-trap drain in my bathtub. I`m unable to replace the drum-trap drain through my downstairs neighbor`s ceiling she will not give me permission so I`m hoping to remove my existing, scratched up and probably cast iron tub, install a new P-trap drain and a new tub. While the bathroom is small, the existing tub will fit through all of the necessary doors. I`ll be able to replace the shower tile on my own once the new tub is installed. |
