| Comment: Our previous residence of 18 years is now a rental property. During the 18 years we never had a problem with the septic system. After the tenants lived there for a year problems started to arise. Since then we have had the property annexed into the City of WCola and a sewer line added. The house has been vacant since May, but we would like to rent again. We want to have the line from the street to the house added and disconnect the septic system. There is still a strong odor when entering the house which makes me think there is some over flow still happening from the septic tank. |
