| Comment: Shower was remodeled approx 5 years ago by a young man who tiled the floor but it does not drain (I think too level) that water has to be pushed into the center drain. Built in a corner a tiled post approx 18 inches tall and about 4 inches square for shaving leggs. In the past I have repaired since grout cracks and tile almost falls off. |

| Comment: We currently have a whole house tank water heater that is 3 years old. The problem is that we have a large bath tub in the Master Bath. When we go to fill it up, we run out of hot water. We originally thought about getting a larger tank water heater to hold more hot water. However, we are open to the idea of a tankless water heater that is more energy efficient. However, we want to make sure that we have enough hot water to fill our large bath tub. Additionally, we would like someone to look at getting harder water pressure in the master bath shower. Even when no other water was being used, the water pressure is extremely low. |
