| Comment: New delta touch faucet 19922T-SSSD-DST is already installed. Had to custom cut their "innoflex" tubing (seems like a more rigid PEX tube). Worked great for a week then connection failed where the tubing connects to the house's hot water line with a compression fitting. My tube cut is straight with pex tube cutter, however I used an unnecessary gasket and the line may be slightly too short. I have the new manufacturer approved plastic compression fitting and the spare tubing but may need you to provide/install union in case it is in fact too short. Or splice it to a braided hose or something if it is a better solution. In summary, I need hot water tube inspected, corrected, and connected properly and the cold tube checked as well. (I already removed the gasket and replaced the compression fitting on the cold water tube) Thank you |
