Comment: I had a leak stain in my LR ceiling & determined leak was coming from bathroom shower. My insurance company sent their plumbing company out to fix the leak. The ceiling was repaired after the leak was repaired, but there is still a leak. I contacted the insurance company & they sent the same plumber & all they did was cap it off. They did not come back out to fix bc they were trying to scam insurance company so insurance company said I can find another contractor. At this point, my shower insert has been removed & shower piping has been capped off. I need estimate for insurance company to locate & repair leak as well as to install a new stand alone shower insert. The subfloor for shower may need to be replaced due to water exposure. THIS IS TO BE COVERED BY INSURANCE
