Comment: House is 5 years old have had problems with rust in water,  need to have a filterization system installed, in turn have had problems with shower diverter spindle clogging ujp. <br /> <br />Have replaced Symmons TA-25A Temptrol Diverter Spindle  on two occassions.  Today the 12th  I replaced it for the third time.   <br /> <br />This time the  diverter will not seat correctly as water is leaking out around the Spindle, I replaced the "O" rings to no avail.  Thought I had it fixed until coming home this evening to water coming out of ceiling lamp after kids had showered.
