| Comment: 3 story, 4 unit, residential rental property in Melrose, MA. We have three raccoons that have taken up residency in a crawl space above the detached garage and we also have just discovered a squirrel problem. A tenant on the 3rd floor said that a squirrel chewed a hole into one of the bedroom walls from the inside of the walls out to the bedroom. We have also had complaints from the unit accross the hall about scurrying noises in the wall recently. When I looked in the front of the house up near the top of the roof-line on the fascade there is a small hole visible that was not there in the fall that may be where they are gaining access to the house. Need free estimate to take care of both the raccoons and the squirrels. |
