| Comment: We are planning to open a store on 1220 Cleveland avenue and need help with necessary permits. <br /> <br />Vom Fass is a franchise company that sells imported oils, vinegars as well as high end spirits. The unique selling point of Vom Fass is that customers can taste all the products in the store for that we have small tasting spoons that we wash and small tasting glasses that we also wash. Customers get to taste a very small amount of oils/vinegars and spirits. As to spirits they would not go over one alcohol serving during the whole tasting process. We will not be serving or cooking any food. Our only dishes will be the small tasting glasses and small tasting spoons. <br /> <br /> We do have a person who will work on liquor license but we need help with construction permits and health department checks. It would be great if you could tell me a fixed flat fee for such service + city fees and schedule if you start at the end of next week. <br /> |
