| Comment: Patio cover is built. Didn't know we needed permit-built by owner who is commerical carpenter. Starting the permit process but need engineering design assessment of thickness of concrete slab and calculation of support and weight on columns and if concrete engineered anchors are sufficient instead of footings. Concrete slab is 10K PSI with fly ash that was poured with 6" thickness around edge and now has a 2" overlay of stamped concrete. Patio cover is 2x6 with 2x2 lattice every 4 inches. Trapzoid in shape. |
