Comment: We had a kitchen remodeled a few years ago. The contractor did not finish the propane hook-up so I had a licensed person from our propane supplier finish the work. I failed to have the original city inspection done and now I need a different permit to have the AC/heat pumps replaced, but a new permit can not be issued until the existing one(s) are signed off. I need to know what permits are outstsanding and what I need to do so that a new permit can be issued for the AC work. I can call the propane company and have them order an inspection, but I need to know if there are any other inspections (electrical for example) that the original contractor must order. I can not tell from the paperwork that the city attached to the AC application what needs to be done.
