Paint window trims, soffits, and fascias white in color. fascias to have gutters removed will need to be scraped, sanded, primed and painted. soffits, thin asbestos looking material, has never been painted and will require priming and paint. <br />some caulking around house will be needed. Some work up on roof to paint gable fascais. Windows will need a light sanding and possibly some caulking to seal against glass panels. 1600 ft of body. 517 ft of soffit. 266 lf of fascai 6" and 150 lf of window and door trim.
