| Comment: 15 yera od stucco -- never 'painted' -- minor cracks at garage area -- stains from rain water splashing dirt / sand etc on to stucco. Trim around windows needs re-caulking (possibly minor re-attachment / nailing) -- I am told that "painting stucco" is NOT advised due to possibility of trapping moisture inside the walls and mold forming. I see many stucco homes "painted" and owners report no issues due to our NM low-humidity etc. Open to suggestions. THANKS! John Brunk |
