Its located near Aldi on Foxglove Way. It has a kitchen, living room, dining area, loft also. The approx square footage is 1645. Can you give us a preliminary estimate based on this information? After we hear from a few painters, we'll decide who to come do an in person estimate (the home is being rented right now so we need to work out a time with the renters). Also to note, we have 2 walls that will need to be sanded down as one was a wall that was painted after having wallpaper taken off and the other has textured paint the wall above the fireplace. Look forward to hearing from you. We're looking to have someone complete this job within our budget and have it done May 1-3 as there will be no furniture in the place at that time.
