Kitchen with pantry, laundry and mud room to back of house. 2 1/2 car garage. Livingroom large windows on lakeside with corner fireplace. Home faces East toward lake,master suite to south, living room/kitchen area in middle, garage to north. Placement of home will be about 150 ft above lake and have mostly under ground basement under livingroom/kitchen area with entry/exit door to north side and window high on walls where possible. <br />10' ceilings maybe second bedroom is above kitchen with area overlooking living room for office area. To keep cost down a one level home with basement is good option. |
