| Comment: We lived in this house in Hermitage for 12 yrs., and now have moved. We have had this home on the market for several months. Didn't see water damage or mold issues while living there or even after the Nashville flooding in May. But since, I have noticed mold on the basement walls, carpet, doors, bathroom cabinets, etc....we have not had the AC running in this home, but I did turn it on on Wednesday when we were there, thinking that the air is not moving in the house could be a cause. We would like to know if this is dangerous mold, can we clean it up, and what we need to do to solve the problem to sell this house. Thanks. |
