Need baseboards and sheetrock removed approx 2ft up from floor throughout living, dining, entry, master bedroom,2nd and 3rd bedrooms, hall, master bathroom including two closets in master bath. Need vanity in master bath and main bath removed, as well as at least one end cabinet in kitchen. Need proper treatment for removal and prevention of mold, followed by replacement of sheetrock, tape bed and texture. Would like an estimate and written proposal asap to provide to seller, and work completed prior to April 16 if possible. |
