Comment: We have a leak from the master bedroom shower that has seeped into the walls and closet of the adjoining commode and another bedroom. The shower also seems to be leaking water into the backyard. I am not sure what the clean up involves. This problem, along with the fact that our backyard was never graded properly-so it floods near the exterior walls of the house every time it rains, were on the "list" of things that the builder agreed to correct when we signed the contract to buy the home. Unfortunately, the builder filed bankruptcy soon after, and the ROC has ruled in our favor to proceed with repairs.
