Comment: Have strong odor of mold & or mildew in apt . It is a rental and I'm pretty sure landlord is aware of issues with in the all the condo units . There are termites everywhere real bad . The visible mold is in the garage which is below the unit ' or I should say the ground level . The unit is above the garage on the second level . Myself and wife have lived here for the last 5 or 6 years now . But we have a 16 month old baby . My mother came to visit recently an took notice right away to the smell & also she said she was having adverse reactions to mold exposure . She had been exposed previously and is now sensitive . She urged me to contact someone to have a test done . Is it really dangerous to human health . I have developed allergys I never had before and I'm 31 . How much does it cost to have a test done ?
