| Comment: On April 22, the Sprinkler pipes burst in the 3rd floor apartment. I am in the 2nd floor apartment and the water soaked parts of my ceiling in the living room, bedroom and closets. Water also began to leak through the ceiling and ran down the walls. I asked the manager when they would start repairs on the unit. It was not until May 1 that they attempted to repair the water damage, by this time mold had already began to appear. After they were informed that the mold was visible again, they came back and sprayed something that looks like spray paint in a can and painting over it. So, I'm not sure that the mold has been treated properly. |
