Comment: We recently had a roof leak where water leaked behind between the chimney and wall (don't think there is any dry wall, wall is made of wood). Located leak immediately and bucket was placed in attic to catch water. Don't smell any mold. Have only lived here for 5 months want to make sure this was not something that was ongoing. Also learned basement was flooded last year (about 1 inch of water) during the flood of 2010. Was told by neighbors it was cleaned up and carpet was torn up. Basement smells fine for a basement, not musty and a dehumidifier runs 24/7. Just want to be sure there is no problem.
