| Comment: i have a terrific mold problem in a very damp cellar. It is all over the wood paneling and doors in basement (which has not been used for many years). Dampness, musty odor, humidity levels very high. Basement was previously flooded some 10 years ago when a sump pump mechanically broke down. Insurance would cover nothing, but we did attempt to dry out the basement. House has basement below land level and water has always been a problem. A Sump pump activates when its well gets filled with water from drainage pipe coming into the basement. All land slopes toward home and water problems have accumulated over the years. Thank you. <br /><br /><br /> Do you folks send someone to assess such situations and make suggestions? And give price estimates? Is there a charge for an onsite visual look at the cellar? You have wonderful testimonials from so many people, but they seem to have to do with carpet cleaning and water and fire damage.Here was hoping you do mold and mildew r |
