Comment: We rent a house and the landlord refuses to do any repairs, it's been going on for about 3 years and we have asked and pleaded for him to fix some issues. Water leaks that have caused holes in the living room cieling in turn caused part of it to cave in. Have found mold on the walls and then the fireplace which has been coming loose from the wall crashed to the ground while we were not home and in turn of the landlord having us to clean it up since he is layed up and most likely wouldn't have gotten around to it anyways found yucky black mold on the walls and cieling during clean up and removal of debris. We need to know where we stand with this and what our options are as to tenant/landlord laws and responsibilities. Thank You
