| Comment: I don't know if it would be covered by insurance. My son has always had allergies, since he was 1 1/2 or 2 years old. My daughter never really did though, and when she was 6 1/2 she woke up at night w/ a barking cough, respiratory distress - ER said croup. Then it happened again several months later - they said it was croup again. When the cough started again, I knew it couldn't be croup - but she never had typical allergy/asthma symptoms until here recently. We had a test kit done and the master bath came back "severe" (18), for aspergillus flavus, she sleeps up against that bathroom, as her room shares that wall. |
