Comment: A family room outside of the main house has suffered some water intrusion due to a roof leak which does not show water anywhere on the ceramic flooring, but yesterday we discovered small areas of mold color onto the drywall in one area by an entry door; and another area lower wall near the ceramic floor tiles. The house was for sale but we removed it from the listing until State Farm approves the roof repairs and also the inside of this room.
