Comment: We bought a large commercial building in downtown El Reno which has been boarded up for several years, along with a very leaky roof. There is a large area of mold in the attic (ceiling height appx. 16 feet) on the open joists and on the attic floorboards. Likewise, the water damage dripped through the attic floor onto the mezzanine level below and after we cut through the wet carpet, there is also an area of mold there, as well. <br /> <br />The mold in the attic ceiling is appx. 60' x 60'. The attic flooring is appx. 30' x 20'. The mezzanine level is appx. 15' x 10'.
