Comment: This is a lakefront home and has been sitting vacant for over 5 years. The home sits on a concrete slab but was completely renovated in 2003. There was a plumbing leak in the house a couple of years ago and by the time it was discovered, mold had accumulated on the furniture, walls, etc. There is a musty odor so I called ServiceMaster to check it out. He used his moisture meter and detected dampness I. The ceiling area(where the chimney leaks) and behind a wall where there is a plumbing leak. Stephen Alexander of Service Master in Benton suggested we contact you to have an air quality test to determine if there are any air quality problems. We had scheduled to have the closing on the house this Thursday, but we have since discovered the water problems.
