The one I am trying to create will be approx. 4' wide and 2' high and will read "Champ." Ideally, two plates would be cut out of a thin, non-flexible metal and then layered on top of each other to get the double layer effect.This is sort of difficult to explain, but I would be willing to discuss it further on the phone.
