| Comment: I am moving into a new residence and the owner, my friend, lives out of state. She had been using a property manager who left only one key in the lock box on the door. I got the key to the residence Tuesday evening and was able to enter the residence at that time. I went back last night (Wednesday) but could not even get the key in the lock. The former tenant kept the garage door opener so the owner will be sending another garage remote, but that won't be here until tomorrow (Friday). I have movers scheduled for Saturday morning, so I need to be able to get into the residence. Either the tumbler has tumbled or someone jimmied the lock, either way, the key no longer works, and I need to have the locks replaced. <br /> |
