Comment: I have rhododendrons planted on one side of the house but want those removed and new different trees planted there. The replacements preferentially will grow no larger than 3 feet high as I will not have to continually trim them to be within the mobile parks regulations. I also would like Lillie's, pansies, and other small flowers around the entire mobile home. I would like to have a small fountain or waterfall in the landscaping, but would have to receive approval from the park prior to having it installed.
