| Comment: Front Yard: something that is easy to manage but stands out, I like grasses and plants that want look bad in the winter , something that will get better looking as they mature, I need someone with that kind of planning knowledge, I've tried but end the end it all ends up as big huge fungle, in the back yard I want something really nice so friends and fam could all hangout, I would like outside area for sitting and cooking something that would help the resale ,there is a big oak tree that is in nieghborsn yard so just the limbs hangover and it makes most of back part of yard shady it would be perfect for lots of ideas but the drainage makes it hold a lot of water, the main thing and the hardest for me is the over whelming idea of the leveling of the yard, that's why I need help, to then most |

| Comment: We have a small backyard and just took up patio stones which covered most of the yard. We planted St Augustine grass which doesn't seem to grow, and are interested in making use of the area where the grass will not grow with plants, shrubs, and a patio area. |
