Project might include adding fencing or ground level deck depending on overall pricing and phases we decide with you. Would prefer to create a perennial garden and can pull from some existing volunteer plants to incorporate (there's some wisteria, a japanese maple and rose of sharon in the weeds!) Will eventually want play area and a vegetable garden. First phase: Need mowing and stump grinding, then beds and the other projects. Preference will be to pay with credit card if possible.
