| Comment: Tried to make a gravel garden but failed. No need gravel, black plastic and tar paper hauled off. Need sod installed, a big pine tree cut down and mature flowering hedge/bushes installed. Also have small round lily garden and a rose bush or two that are out of control. May want small fruit trees installed and may want a side fence installed. Still haven't decided on those last things. <br />Yard is small--like a 40'x20' rectangle cut in half diagonally. |

| Comment: small lawn area covered with gravel, black plastic and tar paper needs to have all that removed then be leveled and sodded. Large pine tree and tough old scraggly bush to be removed. Want flowering mature tall border bushes, such as forsythia or honeysuckle or like that to be installed across approximately 12 feet. Perhaps install a couple of small fruit trees--apple? peach? Not sure. |
