(1) Two areas (8 x 2 1/2 and 4 xs 2 1/2) need decorative rocks removed, additional dirt added, pounded, and slopped away from house with water resistant sheet included. Purpose is to ensure water does not enter basement. (2) Two areas (mini-sink hole, perpetual problem), each about 3 x 3, need additional dirt and then reseading. (3) Current french drain around patio either was incorrectly installed or may be clogged as water ponds at two ends during heavy rain. Need to check whether it can be flushed for proper functioning or if new french drain required. Over top, would like current decorative rocks better landscaped. As is, the rocks tend to scatter into yard and not visually appealing. Ideas welcomed. |
