One of these issues is that there is an area under the front stairs that is about 6 inches below grade of the front yard so water accumulates in there when it rains. Dont want to back fill with dirt because that would put wood under soil, which could lead to termite issues. Want to put some sort of drainage system in to a nearby drainage ditch and back fill with rocks. Also have several piles of dirt in yard I need to use to regrade other flooding areas. |
