| Comment: Our townhouse was built in the late 70s. There is a saguaro in both the front yard & back yard, 5 rose bushes, a gardinia bush and more. I don't know whether some or most should be replaced EXCEPT the saguaros. The drip system water lines need repaired or replaced, but I hate to spend money on them when I don't know what will be needed when the landscaping is updated, and do not know what I want to do to updagte the landscaping. |
