| Comment: We live in rather urban conditions in Brookline in-between Coolidge Corner and Washington Square. It is a condo with 2 units in an older colonial, so we also have to get their approval of the project. The yard is small, but could be greatly improved. We have discussed installing a white vinyl fence along the back yard properly line to obscure some of the neighbors ugly garages and yard. We also need a portion of the small lawn re-soded with a grass that takes better in lower light conditions. We are removing some large trees in a few weeks which should help some with light levels moving forward. Depending on costs I would like some more planting and an improved pathway, but our neighbors may be more concerned with the overall cost of the project. |
