| Comment: There's a "bump out' on my home, with no attic access. the room is colder than any other room, therefore I assume that the builders failed to insulation that portion of the house. Need an access hole cut to actually determine the status of the insulation in this area |

| Comment: Finishing a basement area in a multi-unit structure. Need proper separation between basement and 1st floor unit. Joist are rough cut 2x10... need these cavaties filled as part of plan for separation (no way to find an exact UL listed assembly for this old house.. code official will need to approve based on flame spread rating of product prior to beginning work, I will handle that as part of overall permit... area is approximately 19'x42'. I am the building owner, one of the occupants and completing the building aspects of the job myself... |
