We are looking at possibly hiring an inspector to ward off any "surprises" at the time of a buyers inspection. We are not so worried about the in-home cosmetic inspection, as the appliance, electric, HVAC, waterproof crawlspace, etc. We are on a limited budget and thus not looking for a "full scale" home inspection, just perhaps someone to perform a quick "walk through/crawl through" to make us aware of any major concerns that a building inspector would definitely notice at the time of sale. |
