| Comment: We own a 1940's style stucco bungalow which we bought 9 years ago. It was inspected at purchse but not since them. We would like to have someone check out the house on perhaps an annual basis for preventative maintenance and needed repairs basis. Neither my husband or I are very good at this. Currently I am positive we need a new roof (or at least some new flashing), foundation repair and/or water proofing drainage options, insulation repair, garage walls/window repair, and various other less urgent interior repairs.
