| Comment: I'm not sure if it's covered by an insurance claim due to the onset of this problem occured after a severe thunderstorm. The repair in question is regarding a crack that surfaced in our 2nd bedroom that is leaking water when it rains or snows heavily. This began about a month ago after a pretty severe thunder storm. The crack is growing, although it's only about 2-3 centimeters at this point. My mother-in-law sleeps in this room and is ill.
