| Comment: Two years ago my son skateboarded off the roof of a rental house several times. I moved out two months ago. The landlord is claiming irreparable roof damage for missing rocks in certain areas. The roof is at least 12 years old. They bought the house 12 years ago and claim the roof was new before they moved in. I see damage also on the second story roof that my son was not on. Also, the damage is largely on south, east, and west facing portions of the roof. I think the damage is more about exposure and age, and not caused by my son. The shingles on all of the roof peaks are badly curling. I need an inspection providing evidence that I can take to court. |
