| Comment: the furnace and water heater need replacing. The roof leaks badly. We cannot use the swamp cooler because of the leaking roof. The windows are large and not very good with keeping out the cold or heat. We built on a master bedroom and bath onto the existing home about 6 years ago, and had a central air and heating unit put in, and they were supposed to put one in to replace the units in the original home, and then did not. There is a lot of things that are needed to be done to my home to make it more energy efficiant. I am in great need of help to get my home the help it needs. Please, is there anything that you can do, or recommend to me, to get help with this issue. I am on disability, and have no resources or money to do all this work. Is there anyone out there that can help me with my home to make it more efficiant. I am so afraid that bad things might happen if I do not get some of this stuff changed and fixed.
