| Comment: Will find out tomorrow (9/20/11) if the bank accepts the offer if so I have 7 days for the inspection. We were looking at the home a few months ago and it had some water damage dont know what from but seems to be fixed now by bank and is backed by Fannie Mae. Would like a standard home inspection for the sale including particular attention to the area where the water damage was. Military stationed in Hawaii so I cannot be there for the inspection but can work with my realtor or close friend there in Kitsap County to be onsite for the inspection. |
